He was predeceased by: his father Thurston Springer; his stepfather Edward Mateo; Beverly Mateo. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Shayla Gonzales (Quintin) and Jazmin Arthur (Wade); his grandchildren, Lillian, Preston, Grayson Gonzales and Brazzus Arthur; and his siblings, David Springer (Kathy), Douglas Springer (Lynne), Debbie Hall (Michael) and Don Springer (Karen). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Book Hotel Word of Life Assembly of God (5173 S Bryant Blvd, San Angelo, TX 76904).
