He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bobbie Lee Roden and Betty Joe Lawson; his wife Sandy Smith; his daughter Stephanie Hedden; his grandchildren, Brett Hedden (Syndel) of San Angelo, Haylie Hedden of San Angelo and John Hedden of San Angelo; his great grandchildren, Suki and Osiris Hedden; his siblings, Dana Bailey (Mike) of Levelland and Joe Mark Roden of Houston; his children, Croy and Sophia; Bailey, Korley Karah, Kayla, Kaleb, Kade, Reese, Luke, Ella and Annie.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the First Methodist Church (700 W 14th St, Littlefield, TX 79339).
