He was predeceased by: his parents, May N. West and George B. West. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his stepchildren, Pamela Blackwell (Jeff) and Jay Van Sickle (Sarah); and his brother Eugene B. West. He is also survived by five step grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Harper Funeral Home (2606 Southland Blvd, San Angelo, TX 76904).
