He is survived by: his wife Gina Joiner; his children, Vickie Joiner and Richard (Nichole Joiner); his grandchildren, Lena Joiner, RJ Joiner and Phoenix Clements; his siblings, Flint Joiner, Boyce Joiner, Sherry Tubbs and Liz Joiner; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Joiner and Cindy Joiner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
