Walker; his children, Rebecca Mercier (Tom) of Jacksonville, FL, Robert Rullan (Maria) of Van Horn, TX, Johnny Rodriguez (Elvira) of Royce City, TX, Jim Santiago Rodriguez (Veronica) of Bronte, TX, Joey Rodriguez (Kathie) of Burleson, TX and Julie Skomorokhov (Mikhail) of Alpharetta, GA; and his caregivers, Crystal, Megan, Andi, Visting Angels, Kelly, Violet, Christina, Brooke and Nautika.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson's Funeral Home (435 W Beauregard Ave, San Angelo, TX 76903). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Disabled Veterans in San Angelo, TX.
