He was predeceased by: his parents, Ysidro Peña and Eulalia Peña; and his siblings, Angelita Ramos, Isabel "Chavela" Baeza, Ysidro Peña, Jr., Natalio Peña and Adan Peña.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Peña; his children, Lisa Carrasco (Aureliano) of Big Lake, Robert G. Peña (Ledy) of San Angelo and Howard Peña (Rosa) of Midland; and his sisters, Susana Ramirez and Irene Almaguer. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
