He is survived by: his wife Gail Martin; his daughter Amber Dawn Stephenson; his granddaughters, Emma Lynn Stephenson and Addy Grace Stephenson; and his siblings, Patty Beech, Marty Tucker (Larry) and Ralph Martin (Becky). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.
