He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Morris Whitaker and Evelyn Marie Eckert; and his brother Randy Whitaker. He is survived by: his wife Kim Bray Whitaker; his children, Brady Whitaker (Natasha), Katie Bloom and Clay Bloom; his grandchildren, Harper Whitaker, Elliot Westbrook and Charlotte Westbrook; and his sister Tami Whitaker (Gale). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Immanuel Baptist Church (90 E 14th St, San Angelo, TX 76903).
