He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas "Wavie" Hale and Helen Catherine Rhodes Hale; and his siblings, Margaret Nadine Hale, Regina Catherine Hale Risley, Joseph "Burl" Hale, Larry Clinton Hale, Robert, Silas "Micky" Mitchell Hale, Merle "Benny" Vicent Hale and Raymond "Ray" Agustus Hale.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita; and his daughters, Elizabeth "Liz" and Kerrie.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harper Funeral Home (2606 Southland Blvd, San Angelo, TX 76904).
