Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Gilberto for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. Loved ones will reflect on the time spent together. Gilberto’s memory will live on in the hearts of friends and family, a lasting reminder of the connections and experiences he brought to the world.
He was predeceased by: his mother Livrada Robledo; his grandparents, Toribio and Juanita Robledo; and his brother Roy Robledo. He is survived by: his children, Michael Escobedo, Alysia Rae Mendoza and Marcos Castaneda; his siblings, Henry Robledo (Alice), Siria Corley (Robert), Rey Robledo (Mona) and Albert Robledo (Carmen); Gilberto. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Robert Massie Riverside Chapel (402 Rio Concho Dr, San Angelo, TX 76903).
