She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel Kendrick (Garnet Opal Kendrick) and Garnet Kendrick; and her son Marlin Keith Franklin. She is survived by: her daughters, Gayla (Benny Moyers) and Sheryl (Sam Jordan); her grandchildren, Misti Brazell, April (Bryan Maki), Megan Murray, Jennifer (David Bjork), Sean Jordan and Seth Jordan; and her siblings, Noelene Birkelo and Bruce (Velena Kendrick).
