He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel H Green and Lucille Moore; his wife Patsy Green; his son Kevin Green; his stepmother Dorothy Green; and his grandchildren, Jessika and Jordan Burke.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Mackey (Tony), Jana Casey and Cindy Burke; and his grandchildren, Kaci Casey, Reagan Larsen, Blake McKee, Travis Mackey and Ty Mackey. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital.
