He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth "Bo" Kirby and Della McElyea; his significant other Patricia Cotton; his brother James Ray; his sister-in-law Suzy Kirby; and his niece Stephanie Emfinger.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer (Jimmy Patino) and Heather (Jeff Hodge); his grandson Dylan Hodge; his daughter Taylor (Tristan Smith); his brothers, Rick Kirby, Bobby Kirby (Frankie) and Bryan Crowley (Katie); and his pets, Hank and Jenn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home - Sherwood Way (1939 Sherwood Way, San Angelo, TX 76901).
In lieu of flowers, Holly would want donations to be made to The Shannon Oncology Angel Fund in his memory.
