We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2025, at the age of 85, Howard Chappell in San Angelo, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Chappell; his children, Linda Kelly (Jackie) of Grape Creek, Kay Allison (James) of San Angelo, Alesia Leek of San Angelo, Howard Wayne Chappell (Kimberlie Murphy) of San Angelo and Michael Shane Chappell of San Angelo; and his grandchildren, James (Melissa), Jeff (Mayla), Josh (Olivia), Danny (Sterling), David (Tamra), Wyatt, Jacqueline (Mason), Kamalia and Taylor (Zack). He is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mullins Cemetery (5674 Mullins Cemetery Rd, Miles, TX 76861).
