He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Himmel and Noma Himmel; and his grandfather Unkie (Howie). He is survived by: his daughter Janice Rodriguez (Art); his grandchildren, Traci Forrest (Keith), Ivanna Rodriguez and James Rodriguez (Jenny); his great grandchild Kendall Forrest Brandt; his sister Donna Aguilar; his wife June; his grandson Keith; and his son-in-law Art. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harper Funeral Home (2606 Southland Blvd, San Angelo, TX 76904). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens (4989 FM 1223, San Angelo, TX 76905).
