With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jesus Gomez of San Angelo, Texas, who passed away on March 3, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jesus may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jesus touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Gomez and Anna Hernandez Gomez; and his siblings, Lucia Delgado and Vicente Gomez. He is survived by: his wife Martina Luna; his daughter Lisa Contreras (Roy) of Abilene; his grandson Elijah Contreras; and his siblings, Raymund Gomez (Maria) of San Angelo, Jose Gomez (Juana) of San Angelo, Amparo Gomez of Mexico, Consuelo Zamora (Augustine) of Mexico and Benito Gomez of Mexico. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
