He is survived by: his wife Madeline Barton; his stepson Charles Summerlin (Chip); his son Jimmy Barton (Patricia); his grandson Baylee Barton; his nephew Tommy McNeill (Christy); his great-niece Amanda Brinkley (Steven Brinkley); Ella and Shooter.
