He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Holt and Dora Mapes Sugg. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his brother Calvin (Donna); and his children, Erin, Michael (Dorothy), Penelope, Joel Christopher and Julia (Joshua). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
