He is survived by: his wife Janice Johnson; his children, Angela Carter, Kelly O'Keefe (Scott), Lori Farney (Craig), Jesse Johnson and Eric Johnson (Sarah); and his siblings, Jerry Johnson (Sue), Billy Johnson, Teresa, Debbie Krause (David) and Darlene Clay (David). He is also survived by 5 granddaughters, 1 grandson, and 2 great-grandchildren.
