He is survived by: his wife Sue Ely; his grandchildren, Kevin Ely and Shelly Rapach; his children, Justin Ely, Kevin Ely (Corinna) and Shelly Rapach (Tom); his sister Barbara Bradford; and his grandchildren, Payton, Addison, Constance, Amber, Denise, Jacob, Shea, Geni and Joseph.
