It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Major Gary D. Belcher (San Angelo, Texas), who passed away on June 2, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Belcher and Icidale Peters; his siblings, Danny, Max Belcher and Geraldine Harrison; his wife Mamie Lois Belcher; and his son David Barnes.
He is survived by: his sisters, Betty Halsey (Steve) and Mary Ellen Cromey; his children, Gary Belcher (Denise), Graig Belcher (Cynthia), Debbie Belcher and Jayne Blakemore; his pet Rascal; and his grandchildren, Pamela Hoch (Matt), Rachel Cormier (Omar), Cassie Robinson (Will), Joey Humphreys (Laura), Tara Harmon (Corey), Gary Cole (Kathy), Jennifer Abilez (Tony) and Erin Doyle (Will). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
The military honors will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Johnson's Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens (4989 FM Highway 1223, San Angelo, TX 76905).
