She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederico Constancio and Natividad Constancio; her spouse Jessie Deanda Hernandez; and her siblings, Jesse Constancio, Ruben Constancio, Carlos Constancio and Olivia Faz.
She is survived by: her children, Gilbert Hernandez, Ernesto Hernandez and Rachel Hernandez Bannert (Todd Bannert); her grandchildren, Kelsey Corbin (Casey Corbin), Hector Rios III, Ryann Rosas, Stormie Luna and Jessica Nicole De; her great grandchildren, Knox, Eleanor, Echo, Ryker, Harper, Izaiah, Kayli and Eli; and her siblings, Marcelo Constancio, Frederico Constancio, Jr. and Juliana Limon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
