She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Timberlake and Grace Timberlake; her sister Ruth Prokop; her brothers-in-law, Charles Williams, Jerry Williams, Gene Williams and Jimmy Allen; and her parents-in-law, David Williams, Lucille and Herb Christian.

She is survived by: her husband Mike Williams of San Angelo; her son Lynn; her daughter-in-law Lisa Williams of Lubbock, Texas; her daughter Jennifer; her son-in-law Wayne Beadles of Sundown, Texas; her grandchildren, Braden Williams of San Angelo, Jacob Beadles of College Station, Abbie Williams of San Angelo, Allie Williams (Nathaniel "Bob" Lopez) of San Angelo, Shea Beadles of College Station, Angelica Ruiz of Lubbock, Texas., Samuel Ruiz of Lubbock, Texas. and Feliz Ruiz of Lubbock, Texas.; and her sisters-in-law, Dodie Williams, Mary Williams and Alice Jane Allen. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; and many close friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to your local library as Martha was an avid reader and loved her time spent at libraries over the years.
