She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Acosta, Sr. and Clara Garcia Acosta; her significant other Ernesto Jose Molina; her daughter Jo Ann Molina; her brothers, Joe Acosta and Mike Acosta, Jr.; and her granddaughter Amber Michelle Molina.

She is survived by: her sons, Ernie Molina of San Angelo and Ronnie Molina of San Angelo; and her grandchildren, Ernest "Neto" Molina III, Tanya Flores, Patricia Flores (Danny) and Ronnie Michael Torres. She is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren; several Great Great Grandchildren; and numerous other family members and close friends.
