He is survived by: his wife Ava Englert; his daughters, Linda McMurry (Laddy) and Reba Priddy (Greg); his stepsons, David Englert (Donna) and James Englert; his grandchildren, Joel Holland (Brooke), Lauren Yonkin (Brian) and Alyssa Spence (Zach); his great grandchildren, Kailee Hamm (Trevor), Elli, Preslee Holland, Peri, Quinn Yonkin, Lawson and Jett Spence; his brother Jim Havlik; his brother-in-law Gene Dreyer; his nieces, Sarah Denson and Susan Palmer; and the mother of his children Shirley Havlik.
