He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Jamie Newlin [Jacob Marit], Ryan Newlin (Hailey Irons Newlin) and Jared (Brooke Boatright Newlin); his grandchildren, Ellison, Morgan and Clara; his cousins, Bob Fowler of San Diego and Tom Fowler of North Carolina; and his pets, Copper and Simmer.
