Scroggs of San Angelo; his sons, Austin Scroggs (Morgan) of Rowena and Jacob Madrid of Tennessee; his fiancée Tena Wilson; his fiancée's sons, Christopher Rutledge of San Angelo and Shane Manitzas (Megan); his brother Mark Scroggs (Christine) of Amarillo; and his grandchildren, Everlee, Landree, Chloe, Caydence, Thomas and Anastasia.
