It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Monroe Lee Williams (San Angelo, Texas), who passed away on April 5, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Williams and A. J. Williams; and his sister Clara B. Williams of Austin. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Pullen Williams; his children, Darrell Williams (Julian) of San Antonio and Juana Williams Tobin (Michael) of Omaha, NE; his aunt Fannie M. Hayes of San Angelo; and his close friends, Eddie Moutry, Samuel Miles, Melvin Robinson and Jessie Filmore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
