He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Murry Oleson and Eula Faye Hines; his former wife Sharon Rose Graham; and his daughter Angie Baker. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Head; his children, Murry Wayne "Bo" Oleson (Susan), Donna Faye Hudson (Lawrence "Lon") and Kara Hilmes (Christopher Ryan); his son-in-law Kenneth Baker; his grandchildren, Josh, Cameron, Kenny Baker, Matthew, Steven Hudson, Morgan Roden (Tyler) and Tristan Hilmes; his great grandchild Hudson "Huddy" James Roden; and his stepdaughters, Shelley Barnes and Amanda Lee.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harper Funeral Home (2606 Southland Blvd, San Angelo, TX 76904). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at the Fairmont Cemetery (1120 W Ave N, San Angelo, TX 76901).
