With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Bea Dickey (San Angelo, Texas), who passed away on February 5, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandmother Norma Bea Dickey; and her parents, Clyde R Chick and Ruby L Chick. She is survived by: her significant other James Dickey; her children, Bobby Dickey (Sherri), Ron Dickey, Jimmy Dickey (Brenda), Guy Dickey (Tammy) and Sheila Foley (Merle); Teresa Boykin and Becky Kiser. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
