She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Pauline Brooks (Rich) and Joe E. Brooks; her son Mark Heath; and her siblings, David Brooks and Nancy Kacal (Brooks).
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Lori Brooks (Bledsoe); her nieces and nephews, Nicki Self (Brooks), Natalie Miller (Brooks), J. T. Brooks, Erika Brooks-Hurst, Allison Moeller-Wickard (Kacal) and Joseph Kacal; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Bree, Jillian and Chloe Self; and her nieces and nephews, Silas, Naomi Miller, Lola, Franklin Brooks, Leo Hurst, Kinley Moeller, Pete, Kerri, Garrett, Graycee and Gannon. She is also survived by numerous cousins, as well as co-workers who became lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Glen Meadows Baptist Church or Hospice of San Angelo.
