With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip Hale (San Angelo, Texas), born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on November 30, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Ross Hale and Juanita Ellis; his brother Franklin Hale; and his granddaughter Reyna Lopez. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Barrera (Arthur) of Midland and Laura Brockway of Aus; his wife Deborah Hale of San Angelo; his daughter Carryl Hale of San Angelo; and his grandchildren, Arianna, Isabella, Brian, Riley, Gianna and Scott.

Memorial donations can be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
