It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ramon Mota (San Angelo, Texas), born in Ballinger, Texas, who passed away on January 3, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Benito Mota and Celia Salazar Mota; and his siblings, Connie Martinez, Jose Mota and Paul Mota.

He is survived by: his nephew Benjamin Martinez; his children, Arnold R. Mota (Sandi) of Pflugerville, TX, Jacob Mota (Emily) of Northport, AL, Sammy Garcia (Betty) of Plano, TX and Laura Relitz (Jay) of San Antonio; and his siblings, Arnold Mota of Santa Rosa, CA, Oscar Mota of San Angelo, Ildifonza Alvarez, Martha Mota of San Angelo and Otilia Fraga (Jesse) of Pflugerville, TX.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and 4 grandchildren.
