He was predeceased by: his father Rufus Pinchback. He is survived by: his wife Cheri Pinchback; his sons, Steven Pinchback (Marissa), Jeffrey Pinchback (Emily) and Gordon Sanders; his niece Amanda Garcia (Jacob); his siblings, Margie Pinchback, Rufus Pinchback (Negal), Sofia Stewart, Rose Jackson (Frank), Diane Pinchback (Luis), Johnny Pinchback, Thomas Pinchback (Latisha) and Vanette (Steven); his siblings-in-law, Curry Sheehan (Renae) and Donniece Stewart; his child Rays; his granddaughter Barbara Pinchback; and his pets, Shilo and Wezy. He is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
