He is survived by: his wife Troi Grissom Middleton; his daughter Tori Lea Middleton McCrea; his grandchildren, Kylie Laverne McCrea, Taryn Lea McCrea, Caitlin Shayann McCrea and Michael Layne Starnes; his sister Frankie "Jan" Lively (Dobs Liveley); his mother-in-law Evonne Teague; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Grissom (Sue) and Maggie Middleton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
