He is survived by: his wife Linda Perez; his brothers, Robert Perez (Victoria Perez) and Jesse Perez; his children, Melissa Mendez (James Mendez) and Rick Perez (Ashley Perez); his grandchildren, Chris Mendez, Brandon Mendez, Aiden Perez and John Perez; and his friend Little Rich. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
