He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Mae Peevy and Charlie Sr. Peevy; his siblings, Betty Carnline, Charlie Peevy, Jr. and David Peevy; and his grandchildren, Kassey Peevy and Liam Peevy.
He is survived by: his daughter Carissa Renee (Travis); his wife Belinda Peevy; his sons, Robert C. Peevy, Sr. (Melissa) and Christopher Peevy; his grandchildren, Robert C. Peevy, Jr., Miguel Peevy, Mikayla Rice, Sayde Peevy, Cody Rice, Carol Rice and Hailey Peevy; and his sisters, Shirley Davis and Debbie Teakamp. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
