It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney Emerson Dyer (San Angelo, Texas), who passed away on March 29, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Dyer and Neita Dyer; his wife Norma Dyer; his parents-in-law, AC and Mattie Collins; his stepsons, Ronnie McDaniel and Gene McDaniel; his brother Richard Dyer; and his friend Ray Eaton.

He is survived by: his children, Caroline Trejo and Paul Dyer (Nancy) of San Angelo, Texas.; his grandchildren, Craig Crawford (Kathy) of St. George, JoAnn Daly (Jim) of Stonewall, Chris McDaniel (Theresa) of Zephyr, Caleb McDaniel of Zephyr, Jeremy Keaton of San Angelo, Kevin McDaniel (Felina) of Fort Davis, Andrew Dyer (Kumi) of Chula Vista, Jillian Dyer of San Antonio, Mikel Trejo of San Antonio, Edward Trejo (Star), Fabian Trejo of Grape Creek, Joshua Trejo (Caradee) of Austin and Garrett Everett (Jenna) of Lubbock; his great grandchildren, Emma Taylor (Tyler), Levi Cribb (Misty), Nolan Crawfrd (Bethany), Abby, Samantha Nolte (Michael), Krystal Todd, Rachel Todd, Juan, Miles, Gracie, Candene, Mikaela, Emmalyn, Ethan, Brian, Damian, Kendrick, Aaliyah, Lilly'Anna, Aurora, Izaiah, Jeramiah, Emerson, Evelyn, Jameson, Jeffery, Caleb, Sloan and Drew; his great great grandchildren, Emma, Brody, Enrique, Alayna, Anna, Lonnie, Drew and Carter; his brother Johnny Dyer of Loon Lake; his sister-in-law Marsha Dyer of Crestview; his daughter-in-law Bellenda McDaniel of Bertram; and his friend Dorothy Eaton of San Angelo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and extended family members, a host of friends.
