He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy and Vada Crumbley McIntyre; his wife Fern Cross; and his siblings, Billy and Barbara.

He is survived by: his siblings, Nelda, Bennie and Dale. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
