He was predeceased by: his parents, Santos, Sr. Rodriguez and Delia Rodriguez; and his brothers, Santos "Juge" Rodriguez, Jr., Raymond Rodriguez and Tommie "Chat" Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard M. Rodriguez (Mary), Sylvia Guzman and Delia Gonzales. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
