He is survived by: his parents, Charles Mackey (Diana) of Weatherford, Oklahoma and Margie Hall (McFall) of Sentinel, Oklahoma; his daughters, Chanel and Janie Mackey; his wife Juanita; his children, Joshua, Bryan of Amarillo, Texas, Jonathan, Maria and Hannah of Harrah, Oklahoma; his stepfather Coy Hall of Altus; his mother-in-law Maria Gonzales of Perryton, Texas; his siblings, Matthew of Elk City, Daniel Hall of Sentinel, Oklahoma and Elizabeth Cook (Jamey) of Elk City, Oklahoma; his siblings-in-law, Juan Gonzales, Jr. of Oklahoma and Maria Gonzales of Perryton, Texas; and his nieces and nephews, Isabella Gonzales, Alexus Gonzales of Perryton, Sarah Whitehead of Elk City, Oklahoma, Andrew Cook of Elk City, John and Giovanni Gonzales of San Antonio, Texas..
