He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Barth Talley and Edgar Rich Talley; and his niece Bryn Nicole Talley. He is survived by: his children, David-Lex Talley (Rachel) of Lompoc and Amelia Talley Littlefield (Andrew) of Lubbock; his grandchildren, Ava Jane Talley, Sean Talley of Lompoc and Miles Littlefield of Lubbock; and his siblings, Stephen Talley (Penny) of Covington, Greg Talley (Susan) of Liberty Hill and Jeanette Talley Driskell (John) of San Angelo.
