It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Warner Phillips (San Angelo, Texas), who passed away on November 25, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As Warner departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Warner. Though Warner may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Phillips and Olga Key Phillips of Fort Worth; and his sister Phyllis Jackson of Dublin, Texas.. He is survived by: his wife Janet Bowlin Phillips; his daughter DeAnn Elizabeth Phillips; and his sisters, Judy Braun (Pete) of Lubbock and Jan Reed (Jack) of Midland, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of San Angelo.
