Worth, Kellia Ewing (Bill) of Russell and Kathy Summers (Matt) of Cambridge, ID; his stepdaughters, Wendy Thames (TJ) of Central, SC and Samantha Smith of San Angelo; his grandchildren, Lauren Hays (Jacob), Ashli Bowling (Micah), Hunter Simpson, Ryan King, Kevin Brady King (Shelby), Gabe Summers, Gus Thames, Amos Thames and Wallace Thames; his great grandchildren, Jase and Mercy Bowling; and his sisters, Juanita Sutton of Bright, IN, Janie Booth of Cleves, OH, Margie Nash of Cincinnati, OH and Patsy Earnheart of Pickerington, OH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
