He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Haley and Thelma Haley; his wife Loy Haley; his son Lonnie Haley; and his niece Heather Meek.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Louis Haley (Yvonne Jenson) of Tonkawa, OK. and Tommy Haley (Carla Haley) of Gladewater, TX.; his grandchildren, Mark Haley (Drucilla Haley), Loy Toland (Casey Toland), Hannah Lux (Dawson Lux), Christian, Joshua, Benjamin, Samuel, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Sarah and Annah Haley; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Chance, Cole Haley, Logan, Chase Haley and Leo Lux; his sister-in-law Jean Meek (Dave Richardson); his niece Schuyler Cunningham Kailey (Ken Cunningham); and his extended family Cindy Patterson.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Belvedere Memorial Park (3504 Arden Rd, San Angelo, TX 76901).
