With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Douglas Paschal of San Angelo, Texas, born in Ballinger, Texas, who passed away on September 15, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Paschal and William R. Paschal (Bill); and his grandson Shane Douglas Paschal. He is survived by: his wife Jone; his children, Kelly Stone, Kirk Paschal, Scott Paschal and Donnie Weaver; his siblings, Paul Paschal and Susan Spates; his granddaughter Olivia Paschal-Fisher; his siblings, Erin Cisneros (Edgar), Kenzie Osteen (Bannon), Asa Paschal, Broc Paschal, Slade Paschal, Shelby Paschal and Ryan Weaver (Alyssa); and his great grandchildren, Brady and Noah Weaver. He is also survived by friends, and coworkers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to San Angelo's Downtown Lions Club, or your favorite charity.
