Barbara Irene (Porritt) Leming Obituary

We announce the death of Barbara Irene (Porritt) Leming (San Antonio, Texas), who passed away on July 17, 2026, at the age of 88. Barbara will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Barbara will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Barbara will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Barbara’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Porritt and Helen Porritt; and her husband Paul W. Leming. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Wells (Ronnie), Pam Brower (Charles), Paul Leming Jr. (Cecile) and Sally Barry (Dan Adler). She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
