He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hough and Harriette Hough. He is survived by: his sisters, Ann, Dorothy and Mildred; his wife Elizabeth Ann Chandler; and his children, Darrell Jr. and Lisa. He is also survived by family and Veteran brothers.
The military honors will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 2:50 PM at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery (1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209).
