She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Mungia Sr. and Teresa Rodriguez Mungia; and her siblings, Martin Mungia, Roman Mungia Sr., Armando Mungia Sr., Yolanda Mungia, Alicia Barrera, Jimmy Mungia and Rene Mungia.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Alvarez; her children, Kaycee Hunt (Gordon) and Jerry Alvarez Jr. (Mallary); her grandchildren, Kimberlee Alvarez and Cristobal Alvarez; and her siblings, Gloria Gomez, Lucia Davila (Mario), Gilbert Mungia Jr. (Amelia), Valerio Mungia and Ruben Mungia (Rebecca). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Memorial contributions may be given to the San Luis Catholic Church.
