He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lee Harper Sr. and Candida; his brothers, JD, Claude and David Harper; his parents-in-law, Mario N. Rivera Sr. and Dominga; his brothers-in-law, Mario Rivera Jr., Tom Hessel and Richard Munoz; and his grandson-in-law Benjamin Crank.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma; his daughters, Debra Ann Nieto (Rene), Susan Marie Langdon (Brian) and Barbara Jean Harper; his grandchildren, Samantha Nicole Harper, Jonathan Edward Adams, Destiny Elizabeth Harper, Noah Renzy Adams, Julian Andres Nieto and Luca Sebastian Nieto; and his great grandchildren, Harper Leigh Crank, Clara Grace Crank, Alejandro Tomás Harper, Remi Lou Crank, Colby Alexander Crank and Mila Annalise Leza. He is also survived by many sisters- and brothers-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Sebastian Catholic Church (3126 95th St, Sturtevant, WI 53177). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 1:15 PM at the West Lawn Memorial Park (9000 Washington Ave, Racine, WI 53406). A reception will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Infusino's Banquet Hall (3201 Rapids Dr, Racine, WI 53404).
